This website is hosted as a static site via GitLab Pages, provided by the git.nrw project consortium, represented by the IT Center of RWTH Aachen University, Seffenter Weg 23, 52074 Aachen, Germany (info@git.nrw). When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access).

For registration for projects of the Aachener Barockorchester (e.g. Christmas Oratorio 2026) we use Google Forms (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company: Google LLC, USA). The form is only embedded on our registration page once you explicitly confirm this by clicking. Only then is a connection to Google servers established, and Google may process technical data (including your IP address).
The data you enter in the form (e.g. name, contact details, instrument, information on project participation) is used exclusively to organize and carry out the respective project. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25(1) TDDDG) or the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not pass your data on to any other third parties and delete it after the project has ended. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
You have the right to request information about the origin, recipients, and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of this data.
